• What’s involved with this role:
To provide effective, flexible and efficient administrative support and assistance to 2 Service Managers, Adult Community Care.
Promote a customer-focussed image to all by direct contact, telephone and email.
This is a role which will require the confidence to deal with a wide variety of people, both internally and externally at a senior level, in an efficient and professional manner. You must understand the requirements of providing business support and be experienced in managing and prioritising a busy schedule for both you and two Principal Managers in Community Services. You must be willing and able to deal with a range of issues from the more basic administration to complex and often confidential matters.
You must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, and be able to take on a proactive role within the Business Support Unit. You will probably already be working in a business support role and would welcome the opportunity to further your experience.
IMPORTANT notes:

- Minimum 2 years senior PA/secretarial/office administration experience within a large organisation
- MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Other useful, but non-essential, details to include on your CV, if applicable:
- Any local authority or other public sector experience
- Any relevant qualifications held or being studied for

• Anticipated Length of Assignment: Temporary role for 3 months initially, though considered likely to be extended.
• Hours per week: 36, Monday – Friday, normal working hours
