Job Description
Team Leader, Croydon
The client:
Leading organisation located in central Croydon
The role:
This role will involve traditional managerial duties with the added responsibility for maintaining contact with other departments throughout the group. The hours for this role are generally between 8am and 6pm Monday to Sunday but there is room for flexibility due to the seasonal nature of the role.
The candidate:
Applicants will have team leader experience from within a call centre environment, have handled escalated complaints, training, and liaised with external suppliers.
Strong organisational and people management skills are essential, as is a good European geographical knowledge, and the ability to assess and improve departmental processes. Fluency in at least one major European language other than English is desirable.
The package:
Salary £22,000p.a. + excellent company benefits
