Job Description
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a talented Chef de Partie to work in this privately owned restaurant with accolades serving modern French/Mediterranean cuisine.
The Role:-
This exceptional property prides itself on its faultless reputation and incredibly high standards. You will be working in a team of 7 using fresh local produce to create exceptional dishes for this superb establishment, whilst maintaining their AA Rosette status.
All applicants should have previous experience of working in a quality establishment of no less than 2 AA Rosette rating. You will be standards driven with an emphasis on producing cuisine of a high standard.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will be a strong Chef de Partie with previous experience within a similar quality two rosette property. You should have the desire and passion to work with high quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational skills.
