Team Leader - IT Recruitment
Esher, Surrey
OTE £90K+ with uncapped commission.
Due to continued success we are expanding our team and are recruiting for an experienced Team Leader, or Senior Recruitment Consultant with mentoring experience, to lead a team of 3 Consultants whilst managing and developing client accounts.
Client Server is a technology recruitment company providing bespoke solutions to top tier financial organisations and high end global technology companies.
Key skills and personal attributes:
- Proven, successful track record in recruitment, ideally IT.
- Team leading/management/mentoring experience.
- Account Management and business development experience, having achieved strong client relationships.
- Competitive, ambitious and resilient.
- Naturally bright, articulate and confident in front of people.
- High standard of personal integrity.
- Motivated and passionate about delivering a quality service to our clients.
Our office is based in Esher, Surrey, with on-site parking and close to the station with views across Sandown racecourse.
