SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Harrow Pro Rata £19,500

A leading European independent provider of IT infrastructure services, who help their customers maximise the value of IT by advising them on their IT strategy, deploying and integrating appropriate technologies, and managing elements of their infrastructures on their behalf at every stage they help minimise the cost and maximise the business value of their IT expenditures. The Corporate & Government clients are served by a network of branch offices across the UK, Germany, France and Benelux and through international partners at locations across the globe. Due to continued expansion and growth of the company are seeking a Service coordinator to cover a 6 month contract role.

The Role: * Responsible for co-ordinating all service activities associated with

• Field service bulletins the process of scheduling various on site customer services from the time the customer orders the product through to the project hand over including start ups, power audits, schedules and unscheduled services

• Upgrade the relevant customer information using Siebel and other company databases and will also use Word and Excel Spreadsheets

• Co-ordinate field service engineer’s schedules and plan the service and maintenance activity across the area of responsibility

• Communicate with freight companies and respond to technical support issues under service warranty
