Job Description

Our client is looking for a Administration Adviser to work on a ongoingTemporary basis

You will deliver a high standard of customer service when responding to customer instructions, enquiries and requests in order to improve customer satisfaction and retention. You will have a sound understanding of the regulations relating to vehicle excise duty, auto-relicence system, MOT’s, fixed penalty fines, and documentation required to take a vehicle abroad. A sound understanding of the computer systems used to record and access information both internally and at DVLA is also important.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Provide an efficient and effective telephone service to customers and identifying customer needs

·Maintain and develop up-to-date product, system and process knowledge to act as a centre of expertise and to provide an increasingly effective service to customers

·Relay customer perceptions and comments, identify and analyse opportunities to improve processes, products and/or systems, providing recommendations and evidence to support proposed implementation.

·Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work within all areas of the department, to cover seasonal peaks in volume of work and as workload dictates.

·Monitoring and completion of daily work queues, and completion and interpretation of daily audit logs.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) is desirable

·Previous customer service experience in a financial or call centre type of environment.

·Excellent communication and motivation skills

·Ability to prioritise and multi-task
