Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading financial organisation working within the finance department, as a Risk Analyst
Main Job Purpose: To provide analysis and challenge of Risk Information. To develop and embed the Risk Management Framework.
Key Accountabilities:
· Significant contribution to the development and implementation of Risk’s Tactical and Strategic plans.
· Significant contribution to the development of the Risk Management Framework.
· Provision of technical expertise on Risk Matters to all areas of the business.
· Responsibility for the production of Risk Management Committee report including commentary and contribution to agenda.
· 2nd line of Defence analysis and challenge of risk data – including but not limited to Risk Event information, changes to Risk Profile, 1st line of Defence Assurance statement and the challenge to appropriateness of actions.
· Risk mitigation action tracking including challenge to appropriateness of actions and influencing 1st line of Defence Management through to successful outcomes.
· Recommendations for development of existing Risk Systems and fit with future requirements.
· Development of Risk Corporate Communications including support to the Customer Path process by delivery of Risk Presentation.
· To design and deliver Risk related training as required.
· Understand how treating customers fairly (TCF) and Risk Management relates to both the role and divisional activities, highlighting any opportunities.
My client is seeking highly motivated candidates with strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role is required. You must be computer literate with an excellent command of written English and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
